⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to after everything Dakota did for our family. Losing our mom was one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, and she was there for us every step of the way. She always took the time to explain things, answer our questions, and never made us feel rushed. What really meant the most to us was that she stayed after her shift to make sure everything was taken care of and that our family had what we needed. After our mom passed, Dakota actually called us at home a few days later just to check in and see how we were holding up. That simple act of kindness meant more to us than she probably knows. She didn’t have to do that, but it meant so much knowing she truly cared. In a world where people are so quick to move on to the next thing, she really made us feel like our mom mattered and that we mattered. We will never forget her kindness, compassion, and the comfort she brought us during such a difficult time. She is truly one of a kind, and we’re so thankful she was there when we needed her most.

The Pearl of Naperville became my mom’s home in 2022, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible staff who cared for her throughout her time there. The nursing team—including Dakota, Reyna, Jenny (Wound Nurse), Sunshine, Felicia, and Dominique—is truly exceptional. They are compassionate, empathetic, attentive, and genuinely caring. They treated my mom like a queen and always made her feel valued, respected, and loved. The CNAs also deserve special recognition. Jenny, Cecilia, Lauren, Shaw, Marayah, Tammie, and Kayla provided loving, nurturing, and patient care every day. Their kindness and dedication made a meaningful difference in my mom’s comfort and quality of life. The front desk receptionists—Brittany, Dyonne, Rochelle, and Grace—are the heart of The Pearl. Whether in person or over the phone, they always greet families with warmth and kindness. Their presence helps create a welcoming, home-like environment where support is always felt. Chonelle in Admissions is consistently helpful and approachable, always willing to assist with a smile, even beyond admissions-related needs. Romma keeps the facility spotless and brings kindness into everything she does

For the nine months that my Mom had been here at the Pearl of Naperville I have been mostly pleased with the services and assistance we have received from the staff. Five plus stars for CNA Tammie Sullivan. Tammie has helped us tremendously with my Mom’s transition here. Tammie’s is a very considerate caring person. She goes the extra miles for my Mom without us/me asking.🙏🏽🤗 For example, today is Tammie’s day off and she came into the Pearl to make sure that my Mom is up and dressed for her birthday. 🥳 Also, kudos to Jenny and her wound specialist team for taking care of my mom expeditiously and keeping me updated each and every time.

The Administrative team and nursing team are absolutely wonderful people to work with. I'm very blessed to have joined such a caring facility. The residents have welcomed me into their home. I have made many connections with families and I absolutely love it.

My mother stayed at the pearl of Naperville for her rehabilitation needs. She had such wonderful care here, everyone here is very accommodating. The therapy team is top notch. Maddy always made sure she was happy and felt safe. The nurses are all very nice and really know their stuff. There is always things to do for their stay; like movie night, floral arranging, art classes and bingo. All the residents here are happy and loved to be her friend. No one here is grumpy or mean. That tells a lot of a facility. We would recommend the pearl of Naperville to anyone who needs this type of care. "SUPER GREAT JOB TO THE PEARL TEAM"!

I would definitely recommend The Pearl of Naperville. I wanted to take a minute to thank and say how amazing the social worker Madelyn Pickering was in the short time my grandmother. From the very beginning Madelyn was very attentive, communicative and caring. It made it a bit difficult with me living out of state and being the main point of contact for my grandmother. Madelyn was aware of that and would take the time to answer all of my questions. She would consistently call me with any updates, suggestions, or to ask for approval before the staff would give any treatment. At one point she even said if she's calling too much to let her know, lol. But that was exactly what I needed! Madelyn always gave me clear and upfront information, and that made it much easier on me being so far away. The week before my grandmother passed, I was able to visit her and the Pearl and had the privilege of meeting Madelyn in person. She extended the same helpful attitude and friendliness that she did on the phone. I was amazed at the rest of the Pearl staff as well. They were all so friendly and caring. The residents were great singing their favorite classic & motown songs along with us the Date Nite. The staff was very caring & supportive. A great time was had by all.

Rainia, Shaw, Marayah, Kayla, are top notch; they are phenomenal at their jobs , and very caring towards their patients; some people have jobs,but these ladies have a calling; the Pearl is very lucky to have them 😀 😊 😄 👍
